    Your Website: By submitting your website to getseekagent.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, index, and process your website’s content for the purpose of making it accessible to AI search and chat agents. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the website and its content.

    Use of Indexed Content: Indexed content may be shared with third-party AI search or chat providers (such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude etc.) for the purpose of inclusion in search results. We do not guarantee inclusion in any third-party platform or the manner in which your content is displayed.

    6. Payment and Billing

    Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

    • Pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen plan
    • Provide accurate billing information
    • Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

    Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

NO GUARANTEE OF INCLUSION: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY WEBSITE SUBMITTED WILL BE INDEXED, INCLUDED, OR REMAIN ACCESSIBLE IN ANY AI SEARCH OR CHAT RESULTS.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEKAGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
